My name is Vitalii. I spent over a decade tiling in Europe — working on projects where precision wasn't optional and shortcuts weren't tolerated. When I moved to Victoria, I brought that standard with me and apply it to every project under BC building codes and Schluter-certified systems, I saw a clear gap: homeowners who wanted beautiful, lasting results but kept encountering rushed, warranty-free work.

Yes — always. We offer a free in-home consultation and provide a detailed written estimate at no charge and no obligation. We visit your space, listen to your vision, and give you a clear itemised quote before any work begins.
Typically 5–12 working days depending on the scope. A straightforward shower retile may take 3–4 days; a full bathroom renovation with waterproofing, heated floors, and custom tilework may take up to two weeks. We provide a written schedule before we start — and we stick to it.
We serve Victoria and Greater Victoria including Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford, and Colwood. We also take projects across Vancouver Island — contact us if you're outside the core area and we'll let you know.
Either way works. We can source premium materials from our supplier network, help you select the right tile for your space, and handle all procurement. Or if you've already purchased tile you love, we're happy to work with it.
We're certified in Schluter Systems (including Kerdi waterproofing and Ditra-Heat), Laticrete installation systems, and Prova waterproof membranes. All work is performed to TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards. We're also fully licensed and WCB-registered in BC.
Three things: certified waterproofing systems (not improvised methods), over 10 years of European training where precision is the baseline expectation, and a written 10-year workmanship warranty. Very few contractors in BC offer all three.
Yes — fully insured for liability and WCB-registered in the Province of BC. You're protected on every project. We're happy to provide proof of insurance before work begins.
We focus on quality renovation projects rather than day-rate repair work. Minimum project sizes apply. If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, just call or message us — we'll be straightforward with you.
Kerdi is a waterproofing membrane that goes behind the tile in showers and wet areas. It creates a continuous moisture barrier so water doesn't reach the substrate — which is where the real damage happens. Tile manufacturers require it for their warranties to hold. We use it on every shower and wet area.
We go through this during the consultation. Generally: clear the work area, make sure there's parking nearby, and give neighbours a heads up about noise. We use dust barriers and protect surrounding surfaces.
Yes — a written workmanship warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the project. This covers the installation itself. It's separate from (and in addition to) any manufacturer warranties on the tile or systems used. Everything is documented before we leave.
